Here at Zala Machine we realize that our CNC Machine Shop is our future. We are moving away from the manual machines and are investing in our CNC department. Over the past 17 years we have began to provide both Large CNC Milling and Precision CNC Turning.
Following a general trend over the past few years, we have expanded our capacity in our CNC Machine Shop. These days we can call ourselves experts in all types of CNC Machining, especially smaller quantity runs Low Volume CNC Machining that requires speed and precision.
We are able to provide profitable solutions on difficult to machine parts. Our diverse workload has forced us to think out of the box and be very flexible. In order to fit a tight schedule we are able to change set-ups daily. Our CNC Facilities List is still growing, but we are able to provide most types of machined parts, in all types of material, in large and small quantities.
Our CNC Machining Services are able to handle some of the largest parts of the New Jersey(NJ), New York(NY), Pennsylvania(PA) and Connecticut(CT) area.

Carbon and alloy steel, 4140HT, stainless, 15-5 PH, Inconel, titanium, bronze, aluminium and cast iron. Heat treating, nitriding and plating go to outside vendors and come back here for finishing.
Parts ship across North America. Emergency work can go out the same day when the machine is free — one water utility drove in and left two hours later with a new stainless shaft.
